Observation and innovation

The equipment components "Pequeño planeta" have made an observation in different nursery schools to be able to identify needs in early childhood education and design a research project in order to improve educational practices or innovate in some aspects observed.

 

So we've made visits to different preschools.

 

We have observed different characteristics, for example:

 

  • Education community and family participation

  • Diversity and coeducation

  • Resources (spaces, classrooms, own kitchen, dining room, common zones,)

  • Materials

  • Methodology

  • Personal services, specialists,

  • Aesthetics and architecture

  • Assessment

  • Language

     

Later the characteristics of each school is reflected to show the differences existed between the different preschools.


This large observational work has helped us to create and develop educational resources, activities or practices that could help improving early childhood education classes.
